Sourdough Bread
Sourdough bread keeps the body’s blood sugar levels and insulin levels lower after a meal. This effect even stays a few hours after the meal which in other words mean that it is good for weight loss and controlling diabetes. It is also low GI bread. Sourdough bread is also an easier carbohydrate for the body to digest.
