This is a light and fruity espresso with hints of hazelnut, almond and plum. It has a sweet after taste of cocao that lingers in the mouth.

Smak profil: Frisk krämig med toner av hasselnöt, plommon och marsipan. 

Det här är en lätt och fruktig espresso med inslag av hasselnöt, mandel och plommon. Den har en söt eftersmak av kakao som sitter kvar länge i munnen.

Shoye is a cooperative which is situated 1884 meters above sea level in the Dalle region, which in turn is a subregion of the Sidama region in southern Ethiopia.

In Sidama coffee has been cultivated for centuries. The coffee is not grown on plantations but in the gardens using traditional, organic methods. Coffee is picked by hand and sorted before being washed. The coffee has a fresh taste of bergamont, creamy feel and a sweet, smooth after taste.

Shoye är ett kooperativ som ligger 1884 meter över havet i regionen Dalle, som i sin tur är en subregion i regionen Sidama i södra Etiopien.

I Sidama har man odlat kaffe i många hundra år. Kaffet odlas inte på plantage utan i trädgårdar enligt traditionella, ekologiska metoder. Kaffet plockas för hand och sorteras innan det tvättas. Kaffet har en frisk smak av bergamott, krämig munkänsla och en söt, len eftersmak.
